Tristram Fane Saunders, 32, is a poet and journalist from London.
He is the author of Before We Go Any Further, shortlisted for the 2024 Seamus Heaney Prize, and editor of the UK literary magazine The Little Review.
His poems have appeared in The White Review, The TLS and New Poetries VIII, and he has performed his poetry at Latitude Festival and the Edinburgh Fringe. He reviews contemporary poetry for Radio 4’s Front Row, as well as a range of newspapers and magazines.
He worked on The Telegraph’s Culture Desk (as Senior Commissioning Editor) until 2024, and is currently Fellow Commoner in the Creative Arts at Trinity College, Cambridge.
He is also the editor of Edna St Vincent Millay: Poems & Satires (‘a revolutionary re-ordering’ – AE Stallings, The TLS).
